For the current phase, construction is occurring, or will occur, on a portion of Magarity Road, Peabody Road, Lisle Avenue, and the Pimmit Hills Center located at 7510 Lisle Avenue in Falls Church. A regulator station will be installed at the Pimmit Hills Center. All work within the roadway will occur in the right-of-way and is permitted by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
